GGoogle Ads sales representatives currently spend a significant amount of time on administrative tasks. The goal is to develop a solution that streamlines these processes, allowing sales teams to focus more on selling and significantly boost their efficiency.

The Challenge

I was tasked with creating a solution that could be easily implemented without requiring changes to the sales representatives’ behavior, while maximizing business results.

The Process

I shadowed and interviewed sellers to gain insights into their daily workflows and identify where time was being lost, focusing on the most easily addressable solutions.

We discovered that a significant amount of time was spent on emailing back and forth with potential clients to schedule meetings, particularly due to the complexities of coordinating across different time zones.

While each instance may not take much time, the repetitive nature of this task—repeated thousands of times across hundreds of thousands of emails—results in a significant cumulative time loss at scale.

I organized design sprints with sales representatives and product teams to generate ideas, share early solutions, and test these solutions directly with our primary users.
